My preferred title is Joy Architect. I'm also a Women’s Mentor, Ceremonialist & Retreat Facilitator who supports women in cultivating more joy, meaning, and connection in their lives. I’ve been sharing this work on stages around the world for over 13 years.
After completing my Leisure Studies degree, exploring social psychology and the psychology of leisure, I immersed myself in the teachings of mysticism, social psychology, yogic wisdom, shamanism, and neo-paganism to deepen my connection to the healing arts. Along the way, I co-authored two international best-selling books and created a unique approach to finding fulfillment by merging academic knowledge with spiritual wisdom.
My greatest passion is creating space to explore myth, honour seasonal rhythms, and restore a rich and rewarding relationship with nature. My retreats, courses, and events are often rites of passage through life’s natural thresholds, weaving together Celtic wisdom, self-love, contemporary ritual, and embodied spiritual practices.
My work is deeply personal. A diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis in early adulthood led me to meditation, yoga, and ritual as pathways for healing and self-love. What began as a search for personal well-being evolved into a passionate career and lifelong practice of cyclical living — and now I get to inspire others to refine their relationship with their body, its inner rhythms, and the seasonal wisdom of nature.

With strong Celtic ancestry, my teachings revolve around the Celtic Wheel of the Year and its seasonal cycles. This restoration of relationship with nature is a foundation of my philosophy - an empowered return to balanced belonging.
Celtic Mysticism is a pathway to realising your magnificent true nature, which is wild, ever-evolving, and moving in cycles, just like the world around you.
My teachings are enhanced by the same holistic principles that elevated my life from chronic illness and uncertainty into one of radiant wellness, abundant love, and deep meaning.

Creating space for people to come together to connect, play, heal, learn and transform is both my passion and purpose, because gathering together is the most pleasurable and profound opportunity to remember the beauty of being human.
Events are my forte, and I’ve been devoted to bringing people together to have fun since my first event as a 17-year-old party planner, to leading a Burning Man theme camp for ten years, to my current passion of hosting my signature event, Rendezvous Party Retreat, together with my husband, Andre.
At its heart, Rache’s work is about returning to self. Returning to rhythm. Returning to a rich sense of belonging.
