In additional to 6 months access to the recording you'll also have 2 weeks access to over 33 videos for integration including yoga, meditation, ritual and dance.
The technique we'll be practicing is a gentle expansion of your physical and energetic body using elongated breathing, known as Vyana Vayu. Through the pace and depth of the breath, we slow the brain waves down and tap into your parasympathetic nervous system so that your body and all its sheaths can rest and open to receive an increase in prana, also known as universal current and lifeforce energy.
