Irish-born Catriona Byrne is a Yoga Teacher and Rites of Passage Facilitator, and Rache Moore is an initiated Ceremonialist and breathwork guide. Together, they have been leading transformational wellness experiences for eleven years, curating safe, inspirational, and life-changing journeys
The retreat explores daily themes in Celtic mythology with contemporary ritual and somatic guidance for personal integration. Much more than a tour of sacred sites, this retreat is a reclamation of personal power, a celebration of culture, and an honouring of our Celtic roots.
